I had such a positive experience at Modern Wellness & Drip. The space was inviting, clean, professional, and easy to navigate. The staff are excellent- very helpful and attentive, super knowledgable, and kind. Modern Wellness & Drip also has one of the largest variety of wellness tools in the valley, and it was so wonderful to get to try so many different beneficial tools.

All in one shop for recovery. I went in looking for a cold plunge, and was highly impressed! They had two tubs, one at 40°, and the other at 55°. The attention to detail within this facility is incredible. It is everything you would want and more in a recovery facility. Modern decoration, coffee and tea, great music, towels, robes, etc.! The cold plunge price is one of the best in the area. Can't wait to go back for my next plunge!

Modern Wellness and Drip is like a zen oasis in Scottsdale!
I came across it by chance, and was first drawn by its suggestive name the hard-to-pass $29 first time visit (btw, it’s still active😉).
The owners, Adam and Ginny, are lovely, as is the entire staff. They did a great job at explain the benefits of each of wide array of the services available: cryotherapy, compression therapy, IR saunas, cold plunges, IVs and much more… Your entire body, starting with the skin, the muscles and the joints, will thank you.
I am now completely hooked because one hour spent at Modern Wellness and Drip gives me the feeling of a full week of vacation!
